There are 200 banks, all of which are immobile.
You can withdraw and deposit at any bank. Banks are essentially linked by a system where your balance at one is the exact same at another, and any change will be reflected in whatever bank you are currently at.
A Scroll of Accounting allows its possessor to know their bank account at any time, without actually going to a bank.

There are 91 pubs, all of which are immobile. You can buy a variety of drinks here, and listen to bar rumors (which are mostly worthless babble, although you may hear about the location of a Guild or Shop). Note that a fully powered (FP) vampire will never get any information about guilds - the bartender will only tell you about a guild if you do not have a power from that guild.

    Drinks
    Beer -- 1 coin
    House Ale -- 2 coins
    House Wine -- 5 coins
    Brandy -- 10 coins
    Scotch -- 15 coins
    Vintage Wine -- 40 coins
    Blood Wine -- 50 coins
Blood -- 100 coins (gain 2 pints of blood)

Note that the default prices, without any level of Charisma, are listed.

Lairs are buildings that are owned by other players. As a general rule, unless you know the person, do not stay long in someone's home -- they may take offense to seeing strangers and attack you. Lairs are available to players who have donated at least 100 USD, beyond powers; the current required "donation" is 250 USD.

Guilds are non-visible, moving buildings that offer powers to vampires. Guilds move every four days "to avoid detection from humans;" and they move on the following days each month: the 1st, 6th, 10th, 14th, 19th, 23rd, and 27th (approximately 2:20 AM, Eastern Standard Time). Each Guild offers two powers; either both are leveled, or one is leveled and the other is not.
In order to see what a guild has available, you must be in the same square (always to the southeast of the street corner) and scroll down. Guilds are explained, for the most part, in the Powers sections.

Cloister of Secrets -- Gloom and 1st
Devil Miyu: "It functions simply as a gift shop. Not a magic shop. Because unlike magic shops, this one stays put. Flowers that are normally sold in magic shops can be purchased there as well as the diamond ring. On top of that, it also sells other items. This was because I wanted to make it possible that male characters also get tokens of affection, not just the female characters. Hence, the availability of a gold ring/gold wedding band. Charisma-power doesn't apply here. The prices are slightly higher because it isn't a hidden shop."

The Sanguinarium -- Fear and 4th
Devil Miyu: "Its function is simply a place to gather around and 'catch up' with others. 'Rumours' are exchanged there because, well, isn't that what you do when you go out and hang out with friends? You talk, you catch up on each other, on events. I wanted to do something different with this one because surely there are other things to do to pass the time than simply going to the pubs and getting "drunk", right? This is a place to get blood. Yes, each time you go there and order something, you gain a few pints of blood. I won't say how much, it's best that you find out for yourself. I also left it open for those who dabble in the role-play aspect of this game. It is stated that 'local artists' perform there."

The Sepulchre of Shadows -- Ennui and 1st
Devil Miyu: "It is basically a burial chamber. Non-cloaked vampire characters (battlecloak) will view it simply as an ordinary building. Battlecloaked vampires might find this place useful, but only if they are in torpor. I won't reveal its secret here. This is my answer to those who have been in battles and have been heavily beaten. I wanted to give those players a place of rest... a sanctuary. This building was created to go hand-in-hand with The Sanguinarium because as a torpored, Battlecloaked vampire character, you cannot bite others. The only way you can gain blood is to drink from humans or buy blood from the pubs."

The Eternal Aubade of Mystical Treasures -- Zelkova and 47th
